Devs Resume Automated Developer Profile Platform

The client

Devs Resume is our own product — a resume and profile builder for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform specialists. We designed and built it end to end, which makes it a clean look at how we take a manual workflow apart and rebuild it as software.

The problem

Building a tailored resume for a specific role is slow, repetitive work. A developer spends hours reformatting the same experience for each application, hand-matching it to the job description, and preparing separately for interviews — all while trying to stay readable to the applicant-tracking systems that screen resumes first.

What we built

A platform that automates the whole cycle. It pulls a developer’s history in through LinkedIn and Google sign-in, generates a tailored resume and cover letter against a specific job, and keeps the output ATS-friendly and cleanly formatted. Users edit live and export to PDF or Word; subscriptions and payments run through Stripe. It’s a full MERN build — MongoDB, Express, React, Node — with structured parsers doing the formatting work.

The result

What took hours of manual formatting now takes minutes, and the finished documents hold a professional standard on the way out.
