The client
TruTrade Solutions trains and certifies trade professionals. To grant continuing-education credentials recognized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, they had to become an approved accreditor — a status only five companies in the country hold.
The problem
CBP approval comes with rules: eight activity types with different requirements, documents to collect and retain, fees to process, approvals to track, and reports due monthly and quarterly. Running that by hand would have meant hiring staff just to push paper — and one missed report could put the accreditation itself at risk.

Each certificate is generated by the platform, not assembled by hand, and carries a unique ID built on CBP’s four-class numbering scheme. We also designed the public TruTrade site the platform runs inside, so applicants move straight from the marketing pages into the certification flow.
The result
TruTrade operates as one of only five CBP-approved accreditors in the country. Applications, payments, approvals, and certificates run as a single workflow, and the reports CBP requires are a button press, not a week of assembly.
