The client
Problem Solvers is one of our own products. It takes an operational or strategic problem from a founder and returns a structured report — the kind of review small businesses rarely have the budget to commission.
The problem
Real operational advice usually comes from a consultant: expensive, slow, and often generic once it arrives. For a founder who needs a clear read on a specific problem this week, that path doesn’t fit — the cost and the wait rule it out.
What we built
A platform that runs the whole intake-to-report pipeline. A conversational form gathers the problem in context, a structured analysis engine works through it, and the system generates and emails a formatted report on its own. It’s a Next.js and TypeScript build on Supabase, with Make and SendGrid handling automation and delivery, plus an admin dashboard to manage submissions.
The result
Founders describe a problem and get a structured report back in hours, not weeks — with no consulting engagement to arrange.
