Voxlly Automated Voice & IVR Platform

Voxlly needed a phone system that answered and routed calls without a receptionist on the line. We built the marketing site and the IVR call flows that book demos and route callers on their own.

Before
Calls outside office hours went unanswered; routing was manual.
After
Inbound calls route themselves and book demos, day or night.
Key result
Calls answered and routed around the clock, no receptionist

Project evidence · Voxlly Solutions

The client

Voxlly is a voice-automation company. Their product routes phone calls with interactive voice menus, and they needed both a site to sell it and a working call system to demonstrate it.

The problem

Calls that came in outside office hours went unanswered, and handling the rest was manual reception work. Voxlly needed two things at once: a branded, mobile-ready marketing site with a clear path to book a demo, and a real IVR system that could answer, route, and schedule on its own.

What we built

A marketing site and a live call system, connected. The site is mobile-responsive with Cal.com scheduling built in and a demo trigger that calls a visitor’s phone so they can hear the routing for themselves. Behind it, Twilio provides real phone numbers, custom IVR menus send callers to the right place, and Make.com and n8n handle the automation into their CRM and booking — with call logs and duration tracking for visibility.

The result

Inbound calls route themselves, demos and consultations book during the call, and the phones are answered around the clock without adding reception staff.
